PHP Coding Exercise

Given a simple HTML page, create data storage and "wire" HTML "buttons" to a database. Functionality coded includes:

  1. Create a .csv flat file to store data.
  2. Display of the current table of currencies - being read from the "db". The display is refreshed when a new record is saved.
  3. Search - will display an existing record when the user searches on an existing ID.
  4. New - will display the next available ID number and default values for the user to replace.
  5. Save - will save a new currency record to the db. Duplicates are not permitted.
  6. Errors returned to the user if attempting to add a duplicate record, or if there were another error, such as failure to open the file.
  7. Under Construction page is displayed when the other page links are selected.
